6. LEGAL RELEASE & PROTECTION
MUTUAL RELEASE: Upon execution of this Final Release and receipt of final payment, both parties hereby release and discharge each other from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or relating to the above-referenced project, except for warranty obligations and indemnification provisions which shall survive this release.
