The applicant authorizes Alliance for Contractors and its lending partners to verify information, obtain credit reports, and contact references. This application does not constitute a commitment to lease. Approval is subject to credit verification, equipment evaluation, and final lease documentation. All lease agreements are subject to Alliance for Contractors' standard terms and conditions. Equipment must be new or meet Alliance approved used equipment criteria. Insurance requirements must be met prior to equipment delivery. Monthly payments exclude taxes, insurance, and maintenance unless specifically included in lease terms. Early termination fees may apply. Alliance for Contractors reserves the right to modify terms based on credit evaluation and equipment assessment.
The applicant understands that personal guarantees may be required and that failure to meet lease obligations may result in equipment repossession and additional fees. All equipment remains the property of the lessor until purchase option is exercised. The applicant agrees to maintain equipment in good working condition and provide access for inspection. This application is governed by the laws of the state where the equipment will be located.
