9. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ALLIANCE FOR CONTRACTORS COMPLETION BOND PROGRAM: By submitting this application, the Contractor acknowledges understanding and agreement to the Alliance for Contractors dual-sided ecosystem that provides enterprise-level tools and systems to empower contractors while delivering comprehensive client protection.

Bond Coverage: The completion bond guarantees that the contracted work will be completed in accordance with the contract documents, specifications, and applicable codes. In the event of contractor default, Alliance for Contractors will arrange for project completion through its network of qualified contractors.

Performance Standards: Contractor agrees to maintain Alliance performance standards including quality workmanship, adherence to schedules, professional conduct, and compliance with all applicable regulations. Performance is monitored through Alliance's integrated project management system.

Timeline Assurance: Contractor guarantees completion within the agreed timeframe, subject only to approved change orders, client-caused delays, and force majeure events. Liquidated damages may apply for contractor-caused delays beyond the guaranteed completion date.

Client Protection Benefits: Clients receive comprehensive protection including completion guarantees, quality assurance, warranty coverage, dispute resolution services, and access to Alliance's client advocacy program.

Monitoring and Reporting: Projects are subject to Alliance monitoring including progress inspections, quality assessments, and milestone verification. Contractor agrees to provide required documentation and access for monitoring activities.

Premium and Fees: Bond premium is determined based on project risk assessment, contractor qualifications, and coverage amount. Premium is payable upon bond issuance and is fully earned upon binding.

Claims Process: In the event of a claim, Alliance will investigate promptly and fairly. Contractor has the right to complete the work and cure any defaults within a reasonable time period as determined by Alliance.

Subcontractor Requirements: All subcontractors must meet Alliance qualification standards and carry appropriate insurance coverage. Contractor remains fully responsible for all subcontracted work.

Amendment and Changes: Any changes to the bonded contract must be approved in writing by Alliance. Additional premium may be required for scope increases or timeline extensions.

Legal Compliance: This bond is subject to applicable state and federal laws. Any disputes will be resolved according to the dispute resolution procedures outlined in Section 7.

Alliance Network Benefits: Approved contractors gain access to Alliance's enterprise tools including project management systems, client relationship management, professional development resources, and networking opportunities within the Alliance contractor ecosystem.
